Manny Pacquiao once again displayed to the entire planet why he is the one to be rightfully called the pound-for-pound king of boxing. Pacquiao dominated and demolished Ricky Hatton in just two rounds in what others are expecting to be the 2009 fight of the year. Instead, it turned to be otherwise. Pacman needed only 6 minutes to finish off the Hitman and claim his IBO and Ring titles.
Night of Greatness and Aspiration
For Manny Pacquiao, greatness didn't came easy as others might have thought. He has to fight the best of the best and he's won most of them in a thrilling and admirable way. He is now regarded as the number one pound-for-pound fighter in the whole planet and people admire him for he lets his boxing prowess do the talking. For Ricky Hatton, this is a dream fight for him. Although his only defeat in his professional career came from Floyd Mayweather, he hasn't been as highly regarded as Pacman.
