Valentino Rossi tries to extend his winning ways in this weekend’s Italian Grand Prix at Mugello as he guns for his 8th consecutive home victory dating back since 2002.

Rossi will also try to overtake team-mate Jorge Lorenzo’s one-point lead and will do everything in his skill to prevent Jorge Lorenzo, Casey Stoner or Dani Pedrosa from beating him at Mugello.

Rossi admitted though that keeping his winning streak alive in Mugello gets tougher every year and losing at Mugello will be too costly for him.
